Job Summary:

Candidate Profile:
•           Candidate should have B.Tech/M.Tech(CSE,IT,ECE,EEE,E&I,E&T)/MCA/PGDCA degree.
•           Candidate should have completed minimum of 15 years of formal education.
•           Candidates shouldn't have any backlog at the time of IBM process.
•           Candidate should have good communication skills.
•           Candidate should have good knowledge on Computer Hardware and Networking concepts.
Job Description:
1 .Providing Voice support to IBM Internal End Users and External Commercial Account End Users across North America, EMEA & AP. The job will require you to handle inbound calls / emails / chats regarding technical issues for end users.
2. Remote Infrastructure support delivery
3. Perform problem cause analysis
4. Resolve routine customer problem
5. Ability to Identify Opportunity & Implement Process Improvements
6. Has technical experience and skills in the areas of problem determination, creativity and analysis.
7. Ability to meet a set of defined account agent productivity measurements.
Mandatory Skills:
# Understanding of operating systems, Windows 2000/NT/XP configuration options and troubleshooting
# Browser Support - Internet Explorer
# Strong computer skills required
# Proficient in network connectivity troubleshooting, TCP/IP, Dial-up, Token Ring, Ethernet, LAN/WAN
