Job Description :
We will be having the desk in the all corporate and MNC companies like,IBM,Dell, Microsoft,Cognizant etc. All this kind of giant corporate are our clients.
-Our Help desk executive will be sitting in the corporate and the employees who work in the company are our customers.They will come to the desk and they will place the request For example: Bill payments and booking traveling tickets,RTO,Passport,PAN Card,etc.
-Desk executive have to receive the request from them and give the acknowledgement to the customer, at the end of the day one of our field executive will come to the desk and will collect all the request from desk executive and it will get to the back-End of SuperSeva and from the back-end all over India we have the vendors so the work will be done by them.
