2.	Electronics & Instrumentation	BE/B.Tech in Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering with not less than 60 % marks in aggregate. Desirable : Experience in Design, Analysis, Manufacturing, Construction, QA Procurement, Maintenance & Operation etc. in process industries,  power plants etc.,	3 (UR-2, ST-1, (1 post for PH is identified)
3.	Health Physics	M.Sc Physics/Chemistry with minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university Desirable : Experience in Process Industries, Chemical plants, power plants, similar fields in physics/chemical field.	2 (UR-1, OBC-1)
4.	Chemical	BE/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with not less than 60 % marks in aggregate. Desirable : Experience in Design, Analysis, Manufacturing, Construction, QA Procurement, Maintenance & Operation etc. in process industries,  power plants etc.,	ST-1
5.	Physics	M.Sc Physics with minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university Desirable : Experience in Industries, plants in radiation handling, R&D etc.,	UR-1
6.	Chemistry	M.Sc Chemistry with minimum of 60% marks from a recognized university Desirable : Experience in Process Industries, Chemical plants, power plants, Chemical labs,  in radiation, R&D	SC-1
Note : 1) Candidates having qualification of ME/M.Tech in Mechanical/Electronics & Instn/ Chemical Engineering and PG Diploma in Thermal Power Plant Engineering may be considered for additional increments based on their performance in selection process.(2) Candidates with BE/B.Tech in Mechanical / Electronics &Instn./Chemical Engineering with experience may also be considered for additional increments based on their performance in selection process.
