1: FUNCTIONAL ANALYST:
Eligibility Criteria:
- 2010 / 2011 Batch BTech Candidates
- BTech Mechanical[M.E] & Civil Branches only
- 60% or above in Xth, XIIth & BTech
- Preferably Male Candidates
- Outside Kerala College students are also eligible

Job Description for Functional Analyst:
- To make the customer happy/satisfied with your support.
- Should work in shifts.
- To provide functional support; answering support queries via phone, email and online meeting and chat.
- To understand site specific requirements from sites which are handed over to support. Create RS for such requirements and manage release of necessary builds.
- To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues.
- To log all calls on the call logging system.
- To document (keep log) all the work done with a unique number (SCRN)
- To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principle and service level agreements.
- Respond to issue from clients and help them by resolving the issues within SLA.
- Provide necessary training and advice to the customers.
- Travel to different sites to support
- To simulate technical as well as functional bugs and provide solutions by planning service packs (within SLA) with help from the technical coordinators.
- Daily reports to reporting officer.
- To create requirement specification if needed.
- Ensure highest quality of the software
Salary for Functional Analyst:
- 10000-12000 per month
2: TECHNICAL SUPPORT:
Eligibility Criteria
- MCA / BTech[all Branches] Candidates with Expertise in C#.net & SQL Server 2008
- 60% or above in Xth, XIIth & BTECH/MCA
- Must have minimum 6 months (At least one project experience) to 1 Year Experience
- Expertise in C#.net, Expertise in SQL Server 2008 (Working knowledge)
- Preferably Male Candidates
- Outside Kerala College students are also eligible
Job Description for Technical Support:
- Study and follow the process defined or adopted by the company for software development process.
- Execute software development as described in the design document, adhering to the organization standards.
- Interact with customer or travel to the customer site to impart training or for on-site development, if schedule calls for it.
- Interact with Project leader, project manager and implementation engineer for design improvements.
- Prepare test plans as per specification and test the software as per test plan.
- Complete the development within the time schedule with the highest quality.
- Solve the problems at site in case of bugs reported by implementation engineer or by customer.
- Get the project completed in the shortest possible time and acceptance from customer if involved in customization.
- Help in preparing the technical specification of the new releases of the product.
Salary for Technical Support:
- Based on Experience

Selection Process:
- Aptitude Test

- Shortlisted candidates for Functional Analyst will have Interviews at wrench office at 10am on Thursday 1st March 2012
- Shortlisted candidates for Technical Support will have Interviews at wrench office at 10am on Friday 2nd March 2012
