·         Hands on Java with Test NG language

·         Can triage and resolve site issues with supervision.

·         Demonstrated experience in influencing their team’s direction.

·         Understanding of the business as it relates to their area of expertise.

·         Demonstrated leadership through design and code reviews.

·         Hands on UNIX and SQL.
