Training Details:
The external training (initial 2 months) usually costs around 12 K, which is paid by the candidate directly to the external trainer, not to the company. This could vary depending on the trainer chosen each time
The above amount will be reimbursed after the confirmation (when probation is closed – this happens after six months after the training is over – in effect, after one year from the start of the training.)
There will not be any stipend during the external training
Salary:
Bond (service agreement) for Rs. 2.5 lakhs, for a period of 2.5 years from the start of the training
Six months training period
CTC after confirmation after the training period will be Rs. 2.47 lakhs per annum
During training period:
- Three phases, each with 2 months
- First 2 months- external training – initially paid by the candidate, which will be reimbursed after confirmation
- Next two months – on the job training with a stipend of Rs. 10,000
- Next two months – on the job training with a stipend of Rs. 15,000
- There will be evaluation at each phase for the above to move to the next phase
