As an Account Planner based in the Mumbai office you will work closely with the Account Managers and Sales Managers as well as Ad Operation managers within the India Ad Sales department. You will be working to ensure an exceptional client experience and offer first class Account Planning whilst working towards quarterly Ad revenue goals.  You will work closely in pre-sales with the Account Mangers and be involved in dealing with assignments such estimation of addressable base for customers, mapping out companies present on the platform etc. thereby helping the sales team with not only win clients but also up-sell opportunities with existing clients. Post sales work involves loading campaigns into DSM, reporting and optimization of campaigns and collection of creative. Your role is to support the Account Managers who deal with clients' campaigns through effective communication, reporting and analysis of their campaigns. 


Skills
  • You will be preferably degree qualified and will have had 2+ years experience within the field of Online Media/Online Marketing and/or Advertising
  • Good with numbers and analytical, as well as confident and articulate both through written communications and face to face with clients
  • Support client requirements as you are dealing with the client face to face
  • Advanced knowledge of on-line systems, CRM tools, databases and Excel
  • You will need to troubleshoot as you will be managing a large number of campaigns Proactive problem solving is a part of your nature.
