Education:
Knowledge and skills typically acquired by a completed BS in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline (or equivalent knowledge) and 0-2 years directly related experience; MS in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline (or equivalent knowledge) and 0-1 year directly related experience preferred.
No previous work experience required.

Responsibilities :
·          Perform and generate engineering test reports.
·          Coordinate the procurement and assembly of electrical/electronic components/equipment and identify sources of critical parts and subsystems to resolve technical issues.
·          Generate related alpha/gamma documentation for product release.
·          Design or modify electrical/electronic engineering assemblies, layouts/schematics, and/or detailed drawings/specifications of limited scope under direct supervision.
·          Perform basic engineering analysis under direct supervision.
·          Troubleshoot a variety of electrical problems.
·          Effective use of engineering processes in the resolution of electrical problems of limited scope.
·          With supervision establish task priorities.

Job Specific Knowledge :
·          Limited use and/or application of basic principles, theories, and concepts. Knowledge necessary to perform job includes:
·          Basic knowledge of electrical engineering design, troubleshooting to component level, system engineering, analog and digital circuitry design, power controls, robotics, and possibly Radio Frequency concepts; exposure to electrical CAD tools; and basic understanding and utilization of engineering documentation.
